The Lexington Ranch modular home offers plenty of living space in a modestly sized home. As you’ll see in the pictures, our customer decided to remove the 2nd Bedroom from the floorplan and put the Kitchen into its place, making for a very spacious Dining Room and Living Room area. We also built a pole barn, and metal sided it in a timeless red/charcoal theme, in keeping with the “out on the farm” feel of this property. This beautiful custom modular home was built in Westville, Indiana (Laporte County)

Photos and/or artists renditions show upgrades and optional features (such as fireplaces, for example) that are not included. Garages & porches shown are not included.
